PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTERING OR MAKING A PAYMENT:
Payments via PayPal, International and UK Bank Transfer are accepted. All PayPal fees and Bank Transfer fees are to be covered by the participant.
A deposit will be required to secure your place on the General Skills and/or Teacher Training courses 1 week after registration. The remainder of the payment can be made in installments.
All payments must be received in full before the event.
Fees listed are for workshops only. Accommodation and travel expenses are to be covered by participants. Please visit the Additional Info page for a list of suggested accommodation and travel routes.
Applicants require a working knowledge of belly dance to attend the General Skills Intensive. Experience in ATS® and Tribal Improv is highly beneficial.
Participants are required to have completed both the General Skills Modern and General Skills Classic to attend the Teacher Training.
Students for both the GS and Teacher Training courses must be proficient in English, or must supply their own interpreter with approval from Carolena and Megha. Each student will be required to submit a dance bio, upon acceptance to these programs.
Cancellations and Refunds
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances, unless the event itself is cancelled.
If these workshops and intensives sell out, a waiting list will be started. In the unfortunate instance that you have to drop out of your booking, we will endeavour to find a replacement, however we cannot guarantee that we will find someone to sell your place. If you wish to transfer your place, please do not try and sell this on yourself but email: email@example.com with your name and details of what you would like to sell on so that we can contact the next person on the waiting list. There will be a £20 administration fee for this.
In the very unlikely occasion that this event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of the workshop payments that they have made. Accommodation and flights will however not be refunded. In the unlikely case of venue cancellation, a replacement venue will be found.
